Govt listed Bhadrak, Balasore, Jajpur & Bhubaneswar (BMC area) in Red Zone

Bhubaneswar: Apart from the BMC area (Red Zone), other areas of Khordha District are in the Orange zone, as per the latest notification from Health & Family Welfare Dept., Odisha. The Central Guidelines allowed the States to categorize the Municipal corporation areas and other areas of the districts as separate zones.

Odisha Govt adds 5 more districts to the Orange Zone list of Union Govt for State. As per GoI list, 6 districts in Orange zone. Thus Odisha Govt had categorised 5 more districts in Orange zone. Barber shops , spa, saloon open in Orange and Green zones but not in Red Zones. No restriction on movement of individuals in Green Zone. The notification issued by Additional Chief Secretary P K. Mohapatra on Sunday said that districts and municipal corporations have been classified into Red, Orange and Green zones on the guidelines formulated by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, for the week starting March 4, 2020.
