Naveen Thanks All Stake-Holders on Completion Of Rath Yatra In Puri

Bhubaneswar: Chief minister Shri Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday acknowledged the people and the collaborators whose team efforts made a sound and peaceful completion of Rath Yatra in Puri along with strict COVID restrictions.

By applauding the servitors for performing all the rituals of the festival in time with utmost allegiance and discipline. The chief minister cited it was possible due to the blessings of the Devine Trinity.

Naveen also lauded the dedicated efforts of the temple administration, police officials, district administration, Puri Municipality and Fire Brigade for their coordination and for organising the festival successfully. The media arrangements of Information and Public Relations department for continuous telecast of the Rath Yatra on television enabled the devotees to witness the pulling of chariots from their homes, he added.

Lastly, the Chief Minister applauded the people of the Holy City for cooperating with the administration and following the COVID guidelines as well as the prohibitory orders imposed by the administration aiming to make the famous festival a success.
