Home Minister Amit Shah Visits Sonepur on 25 April

Home Minister Amit Shah is visiting Odisha on the 25th of April, as stated by the Vice President of Odisha state BJP.  The union minister is supposed to address the public in Sonepur, western Odisha. Sonepur comes under the constituency of Balangir. It will be a political and electoral campaign in favour of the party to encourage the candidates who are contesting in the state in general and in the constituency in particular.

In Odisha, the Lok Sabha election is scheduled to be held in four phases dated, 13, 20, 25 of May and 1st June. The speech of Amit Shah is likely to be on the areas of the asmita (pride), Maa ( mother), Matrubhumi ( motherland)and Mati (soil). Besides that, he will speak on the issue of heavy labour migration in the state. Post the public campaigning Mr shah is going to have a party meeting with all the members in the state party office.

The position and field BJP holds in western Odisha as compared to the state ruling party is better. In the last Lok Sabha elections in 2019, the BJP won all five seats in western Odisha.

It is to report that the BJD supremo and the chief minister of Odisha state are contesting from the Kankabajhhi assembly constituency in western Odisha along with his old constituency Hinjili from the Ganjam district.
