Bhubaneswar: In the beginning of 2025, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has achieved another impeccable success under the supervision of its new chief. The success of the first space docking mission of the country, the SpaDeX is termed as an historic win for India. It shall be considered an appropriate evaluation of the achievement of ISRO because the satellite docking has been conducted successfully as part of the SpaDex. This effort will beget more and more efficiency for our country in the future in certain aspiring and difficult missions like Bharatiya Antarikhya Station, Chandrayan- 4, and Gaganyan. From this achievement the forthcoming space projects/ missions will be associated with the dockings. India has now been counted in those prosperous nations due to this achievement, as countries such as Russia, China and the USA were having this efficiency until now. Notably, India, after the failure of the Chandrayaan-2 in 2019 proceeded towards the success of the Chandrayaan- 3 in 2023 and also achieved many other successes.
All the developed countries stress upon the skillful importance of space research. The success of SpaDeX has created an intense competition between China and America. Both these countries are hellbent to send their respective astronauts to the moon. This the first time after the Apollo program conducted by NASA in 1972. Recently, China has accused America of destroying the travel fixation worldwide by setting up a space force unit in Japan. On the other hand, China is trying hard to grow its military power in space rapidly. The intention of China president C. Jingping is not very positive regarding this space military power game which is a potential threat to America as well as India considering the complex relationship between India and China though both the countries are trying to establish a sound equation lately. But India needs to adopt the latest skills to be prepared for protecting its space property from the attack of satellite countries. India has to give utmost importance to research and innovation, at the same time continue the plan of action.
India needs the docking skills to set up the first Space Station, Bhartiya Antariksh Station by 2035. This station will be used for the microgravity experiment and the other proposed projects like the Chandrayaan-4 in 2027. The meaning of the successful space and space docking is to join the two different satellites to carry out other future space related activities , projects and research in India. This step will help to send the astronauts to the moon and other planets in the forthcoming times. The present docking program has helped to examine the new startup policies like the process of increase of plants in the microgravity stage. The ISRO has reported that the seeds sent to space in the PSLV – C -60 POEM – 4 had germinated within four days. ISRO has used its first robotics armor in space through the success of the SpaDex. Many satellite developments will be conducted with the help of SpaDex military skills that will create more business opportunities.
In the last many years, the ISRO has expanded and worked in various fields. Within a span of more than five decades this organization has grown to be extremely efficient and effective with its research and programs. The weather predictions and communication is one of the major scientific organisations of its expansion. In this the sotphenser records and deep space research are prominent. In the coming years, the human society will dominate in the space and planets with the expansion of ISRO.
